This website contains information and documents related to the Solar Request for Proposal ("RFP") for PECO Energy Company
("PECO"). PECO's Solar RFP was approved by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission on November 7, 2024 in Docket No.
P-2024-3046008. The governing documents, including the Solar RFP process and the Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA"), were
approved in this docket on February 3, 2025. This website is managed by the Independent Evaluator, NERA Economic Consulting
("NERA").
PECO is issuing a RFP seeking to enter into PPAs by June 2026 for up to 25 MW (DC) of solar photovoltaic projects.
Projects must be:
- new
- constructed in Pennsylvania
- expected to achieve commercial operations no later than May 31, 2029

along with the Illustrative Pre-Qualification Application and the Illustrative Proposal Form for additional
information on participation.
