PECO Energy Company issued a Request for Proposals seeking to enter into PPAs by June 2026 for up to 25 MW (DC) of solar photovoltaic projects. Projects must be:

• new;
• constructed in Pennsylvania; and
• expected to achieve commercial operations no later than May 31, 2029.

In order to submit a Proposal for a solar project in the PECO Solar RFP, a Bidder must first submit a Pre-Qualification Application. The Pre-Qualification Application is the Bidder’s response to the qualification standards under the PECO Solar RFP. The Pre-Qualification Application is submitted via the online form by the deadline of 12 PM (noon) EPT TOMORROW, Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

Please include your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the number of projects for which you intend to submit a Proposal. The Independent Evaluator will issue account activation and Pre-Qualification Application form instructions to individuals who have registered. Only one account will be issued per Bidder.
